Welcome to our Parish
The parish is geographically quite large, stretching from the post-war estate of Hainault to the M25 and the M11. Being situated on the edge of the London conurbation it combines built up areas and villages scattered throughout the Essex countryside. The church of Our Lady of the Assumption, Hainault was built just over sixty years ago and has served the local Catholic population for even longer. This website is a point of contact and source of information not only for existing parishioners but also for visitors and new parishioners. I hope that you will find it useful.
